Sherlock (~2010 - July 2019)

Our beloved, Sherlock, Ceecee's rescue brother; our handsome mix crossed the Rainbow Bridge July 20, 2019. We rescued him from Cool Dog Rescue when he was just 2 years old!

Sherlock was a sweet tempered, cuddle bug of a fella who came from a rough background. He was goofy yet distinguished and was loved beyond words.

 

We worked very hard with his training and comfort around new people, places and things. He came a long way since he first found his "fur-ever" home with us.

His sister, Ceecee, had been a huge influence on how he sees the world. Her self confidence helped him discover his. They were a little power duo.

We support rescuing as much as we support breeding purebred dogs. In Ceecee we knew what we were getting, a well rounded, healthy Rottie with self confidence. In Sherlock, we discovered how a dog is nurtured in the formative years can greatly affect his or her life. He came to us fearful of almost everything and everyone. With a lot of time, energy and love, we now have the handsome, loving Sherlock that we do today.
